Every day thousands of individuals embark on new 'diets' to predominantly lose weight. Some try logical eating habits while others begin what I believe is bordering on the silly-crazy.
I would like to briefly clarify that my 'Free From February' is not a diet of that sort. It is simply a new approach to food to see how my body feels - not looks. I will never write about diet-diet's which sole goal is to lose wight and (the best marketing word ever) fast!

Whenever I personally refer to 'my diet', I literally mean what I am eating. Not some reduced-calorie meal to make me teeny tiny - I have curves and I intend to keep them.
Food is a marvelous thing, use it to support your body rather than break it.
