I am so excited to start teaching antenatal and postnatal Pilates classes in Bridge of Allan, Stirlingshire, in February!
I will be launching the classes with an introductory 2 hour workshop on Saturday 13th February (10am-12pm) for both expectant mothers and new mothers to show what Pilates can do and best practice exercises.
The 6 week block for both antenatal and postnatal Pilates classes will commence on Wednesday 17th February.
Antenatal classes will be from 7.30pm - 8.30pm. These are great for most expectant mums from 14 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to birth.
Postnatal classes will be from 10.30am - 11.30am. Pilates is a great exercise method to get your body back and a great way to relax. It is advised that you wait 6 weeks post birth until you join these classes or if you had a c-section then 12 weeks is recommended - always ask your doctor before signing up for any exercise classes.
