With the fast approaching trip to the coast on the horizon I wanted to increase my fitness routine from the standard set of running and Pilates - I think I require every little bit of help for surfing!
My go-to place is Pinterest for bite sized bits of advice on easily added routines. As you can imagine, having a fulltime 8-5 job, as well as teaching Pilates and having other commitments, time certainly seems to whittle away! Therefore finding a quick 20 minute workout to add to my day is the perfect option for me.
I discovered this 30 Day Bikini Challenge. Not going to fib, it escalated quickly from being rather easy to 'what on earth?!' However, the minor downside of being a Pilates fanatic is I had to do three days worth of the suggested exercises to feel any sort of workout. Nonetheless, it is always fun to mix things up and do new exercises that I wouldn't otherwise do.

Without knowing you, I know your body is beautiful. My suggestions are based on looking after your body and wanting them to work their best. This challenge is simply to make me stronger for surfing and swimming in the Pacific ocean and is in no way motivated to 'get skinny'.
